Serves 8 (1/2 cup servings)
A great variation on the usual boring cole slaw. This one works
great as a stand alone treat or as a side with any fried meat
or spicey entree. Enjoy!

SuzzieQ: I just never have been a big fan
of Cole Slaw but this recipe beats all I've ever tasted. It must
be the walnuts! The blend of red and green cabbage adds to the
color and flavor. This as a fast, attractive dish. I usually make
the whole batch, eating it over several days. Even then, this
slaw holds its color and texture! Try it soon.
